How do I reset my password?

Login at www.mylifeline.org/login requires your email address and password.

From the login page, simply click the red link “Forgot your password” and enter the email address you used to create your MyLifeLine account and we will send you a confirmation email. You will then be able to create a new password.

If you don’t remember which email you use to log in, please contact [e-mail] with your first name and last name and the request to retrieve your email address.
